Epsilon 5 – What’s New
The recent developments made in MatchMaker 12 have helped us improve the platform on which we run our internet enable products, meaning when paired with MatchMaker 12 there is even more we can do and, looking to the future, build in Epsilon.
In particular, our two latest additions are the capability to register via LinkedIn using a candidates existing LinkedIn login – making registering directly into your candidate database even easier, faster than before – and the new report centre for your clients.
The reporting centre was developed in response to a trend we noticed among our consultant users and their reporting habits. Whilst MatchMaker has come leaps and bounds over the years in helping users do their internal tasks faster they were still spending a considerable amount of time on client service delivery reporting. There are of course myriad reports in MatchMaker that deliver the information required but these require searching to find the appropriate report, manual intervention to run them and in some cases even editing before they were ready for the client.
The new Client Reporting suite in Epsilon hands the power back to those that want up to the minute reporting and metrics on your relationship. A selection of new reports can be individually added to or removed from a client’s login by any Epsilon administrator, giving them the capability to run the reports themselves, filter and search them or even download all the relevant information directly into a CSV or PDF file. Going forward this should drastically cut down on the amount of admin that a recruitment consultant has to do when managing accounts, and less time spent on admin means more time spent recruiting.
