Over the years we have done much to broaden and improve the toolkit our clients can use to manage their day-to-day tasks and two of our recent additions make it easier than ever by completing a feature “loop” in the the use of jobs. Building on functionality already present in our Requirement Plan we can automate two of the labour intensive parts of being a temp consultant.
AWR management and tracking has been a staple in MatchMaker since before the legislation went live but we have now rebuilt our bookings to do that last bit of lifting for you. In MatchMaker 12 we can automatically switch a Candidate/Job to their post-AWR spec at 12 weeks without any intervention, an improvement on the “1-click-flip” of previous versions.
Auto assign and flip rates by age band.
The above, coupled with updates to the National Living Wage prompted a re-investigation into how we structure our pay/charge rates and we finalised a change that makes managing age bands fully automatic once setup has been completed. By creating a set of rates for each age band inside a booking, MatchMaker can then switch workers between them as they hit the milestone ages.
