Many aspects of MatchMaker and Epsilon can be configured to your business, using easy menu-driven utilities, supplied with MatchMaker at no extra cost. Often this eliminates the expense of bespoke programming, which may be required to achieve such a close fit with less configurable products.

Installation

Software installation will be undertaken by a trained MatchMaker software technician and passed to you fully tested and ready for use. Most updates thereafter, are installed by remote access.

Our experienced trainers provide comprehensive user training, to ensure that your new software starts working for you from the day you go live. On an ongoing basis, we offer refresher courses, training for new staff, or ‘train the trainer’ courses for larger companies who have their own training staff and facilities.

If you have more complex or unusual requirements, we also offer a bespoke programming service on a daily rate or fixed cost basis, to achieve even the most specific of requirements.

MatchMaker integrates with many class-leading applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Exchange, postcode addressing, Multimap, Google Maps, SMS text software, Broadbean and most leading bill & pay systems.

MatchMaker is often installed to replace other products, so data transfer is a regular activity for us and we will be pleased to advise or quote for transfer of your existing records, subject to the format and capabilities of your existing database.

If this is your first database, we can also assist with pre-loading of CV’s or perhaps sourcing a suitable prospect database of companies, to get you off to a flying start.
