Quick reply from notifications

Text and app message notifications now include a quick reply option. Answer the candidate there and then, without leaving what you were doing.

Attachments on letters and confirmations

Standard template letters can now include standard attachments from letter management, and attachments can be added when sending confirmations. Send your company handbook, policies or information leaflets with a booking confirmation in one go, instead of chasing them up in separate emails.
