The people who use MatchMaker every day are the best judges of where time is lost. This quarter's improvements came from consultants, clients and our own support team, and each one removes a small but frequent frustration.

You asked, we delivered is our quarterly look at the ideas from MatchMaker users that have made it into the software. Every suggestion comes from a recruiter, a payroll team or one of our own support and account staff who saw a way to make the working day easier.

Easier for your clients

Clients using the Epsilon portal can now enter shift end times in bulk instead of one shift at a time, making timesheet approval much quicker for busy site managers.

Quicker searches

• The availability screen can now be filtered by mobile number, just like the name and position columns.
• Job Title is now available in the Candidate Search column chooser.

Clearer onboarding records

Epsilon onboarding audit entries now record the consultant the registration was assigned to, so questions about consultant assignment can be answered in seconds.
